I’m not the guy to come running to when you’ve got an itch for some candy or BBQ ribs… Your plea for mercy and sympathy will be met with a stern “MTFU” response, because anybody who’s ever achieved the things you want has had to make sacrifices along the way. Why should you be any different? You either want this or you don’t, there’s no halfway house.
Yet there are things which are within your capacity to help mediate cravings, you’ve just got to know where to look. I’ve saved you the trouble of having to look all over the internet, by giving you all the information you need to start building your diet to shoot cravings down.
