People always go on about technical programming and that’s cool, but sometimes I just like to walk into the gym and smell the air before deciding which muscle is inline for punishment. These cats that argue the toss over the most intricate details in the gym often miss the point of the gym, and that’s to train with sheer intensity until you’re totally spent. You can procrastinate and debate whether you should do this or that, but if you’re not crushing it then you’re just paralyzing your own progress.
You can’t afford to let too many details get in the way of what is a reasonably simple process. You go in, you focus and you take that f***ing muscle apart with every ounce of energy you can afford to give. You nourish your body afterwards, you allow it to reach a point of recovery and you repeat that process.
I know you can break it down into more complex steps, and I do get more specific myself on times. Yet I find this new breed of gym goer wants to talk about the theory more than they want to walk the walk. They reside within the comfort of chat and debate and stay firmly away from the more pain-ridden environment which sits firmly outside of their physical comfort zone. The place where I choose to reside, and the place where I’m trying to entice you to travel to. Nothing changes or evolves during the talk, that s*** is cheap and fruitless. The changes you so desperately crave all happen when you’re brave enough to step outside of that comfort zone you’re wrapped up in and face your fear. The fear being relentless helpings of pain, dished up in the form of lactic acid, warping your muscles from the inside out.
Maybe the pressure to justify inaction forces these guys to seek comfort in talk, I don’t know? All I do know is that too many people over complicate their physical transformation with bulls*** excuses and avoiding the tough bit, action.
In it’s simplest form, a transformation entails:
-Training to the point your body suffers intensity it’s never experienced before, so it has to adapt
-Nurturing your body with nutrition which is wholesome and appropriate to your goals
-Adding further nourishment from your KAGEDMUSCLE supplements
